FAQs
Do you only provide cable blowers?
TFN is a manufacturer of fiber blowing machines and their accessories. If you require spare parts, we can sell them separately. For air compressors, we offer the most suitable model, but you can also purchase or rent one locally.
What is the lead time?
We have all four models of cable blowers in stock. Please confirm it with our sales representative. We recommend air freight for the cable blower and hydraulic pump station (required only for the T700CY). If you need to add an air compressor, sea freight is preferred. Please confirm the lead time with your shipping agent. For shipping safety, we do not include any fluids (lubricants) with the package. You can purchase these fluids separately from us or locally.
Do you offer online training?
Yes. We offer online training and English instructional videos. Online training typically lasts 3 to 4 sessions, each 2 hours long. Online training is free of charge. If you require on-site training, it will take two days and require two people. The cost is negotiated. We offer online training and English instructional videos.
