Dans les applications pratiques d'ing\u00e9nierie, qu'il s'agisse de la construction de lignes provinciales ou de la r\u00e9paration et de la maintenance d'urgence des stations de base, la stabilit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 du processus d'\u00e9pissure d\u00e9terminent souvent l'avancement de l'ensemble du projet. Aujourd'hui, je vais combiner les param\u00e8tres r\u00e9els et la logique op\u00e9rationnelle de l'\u00e9quipement d'\u00e9pissurage. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tfngj.com\/fr\/fiber-optic-fusion-splicer\/s7-fusion-splicer\/\">TFN S7 Fibre Fusion Splicer (\u00e9pisseur \u00e0 fusion de fibres)<\/a> de fournir un guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, de la pr\u00e9paration de la fibre \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l'\u00e9pissure, du point de vue d'un ing\u00e9nieur technique.<\/p>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\" id=\"1-preparation-before-splicing-details-determine-success\">\n<strong>1. Pr\u00e9paration avant l'\u00e9pissage : Les d\u00e9tails d\u00e9terminent la r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><strong><\/strong>\n<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant chaque op\u00e9ration d'\u00e9pissage, la qualit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration de la fibre d\u00e9termine directement le niveau de perte d'\u00e9pissage. Notre \u00e9quipe suit toujours le principe des \u201ctrois nettoyages\u201d dans la pratique : environnement propre, outils propres et fibre propre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1 D\u00e9capage et nettoyage du rev\u00eatement des fibres<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisez la pince \u00e0 d\u00e9nuder fournie avec le TFN S7 pour retirer le rev\u00eatement de la fibre, en contr\u00f4lant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la longueur \u00e0 environ 30-40 mm. Voici un d\u00e9tail tr\u00e8s pratique : la S7 est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une pince fonctionnelle trois en un, de sorte qu'il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de changer fr\u00e9quemment de pince, qu'il s'agisse d'un fil d\u00e9nud\u00e9, d'une fibre en queue de cochon ou d'une fibre nue. Cela permet de gagner un temps consid\u00e9rable sur le chantier lorsqu'il s'agit de passer d'une t\u00e2che \u00e0 l'autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9nudage, veillez \u00e0 utiliser un chiffon non pelucheux imbib\u00e9 d'alcool 99% et \u00e0 essuyer la surface de la fibre dans une seule direction afin d'\u00e9viter toute contamination secondaire. Souvent, une perte d'\u00e9pissure anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans la phase initiale est caus\u00e9e par des salet\u00e9s r\u00e9siduelles sur la surface de la fibre, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de bulles ou la combustion de poussi\u00e8res lors de la d\u00e9charge ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2 Contr\u00f4le de pr\u00e9cision dans le nettoyage des fibres<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le clivage est l'\u00e9tape qui met le plus \u00e0 l'\u00e9preuve la technique de l'op\u00e9rateur. La conception du coupe-fibre de la s\u00e9rie TFN garantit la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la face frontale du coupe-fibre. La longueur de coupe est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e entre 8 et 16 mm. Apr\u00e8s le clivage, l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la fibre ne doit absolument pas entrer en contact avec un autre objet, m\u00eame s'il s'agit d'une table de montage apparemment propre.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\" id=\"2-core-steps-of-tfn-s7-splicing-operation\">\n<strong>2. Principales \u00e9tapes de l'op\u00e9ration d'\u00e9pissage de la TFN S7<\/strong><strong><\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9paration, il est temps pour l'\u00e9pisseur de jouer son r\u00f4le. La raison pour laquelle la TFN S7 Six-Motor Fiber Fusion Splicer est largement utilis\u00e9e dans les projets de lignes longues distances r\u00e9side dans ses six moteurs qui assurent la pr\u00e9cision de l'alignement du c\u0153ur et l'adaptabilit\u00e9 aux environnements difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.1 Mise sous tension et s\u00e9lection du mode<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pour d\u00e9marrer la machine \u00e0 \u00e9pisser par fusion S7. L'\u00e9cran haute d\u00e9finition de 5 pouces de l'appareil affiche clairement l'\u00e9tat actuel. Sur l'interface initiale, vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner le mode d'\u00e9pissage appropri\u00e9 en fonction du type de fibre. Pour une fibre monomode standard, il suffit d'utiliser le mode SM pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini. La S7 dispose de 41 modes d'\u00e9pissure int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, ce qui est suffisant pour g\u00e9rer la grande majorit\u00e9 des sc\u00e9narios d'ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.2 Placement des fibres et \u00e9pissure automatique<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placer la fibre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e dans la rainure en V. Notez que l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la fibre doit \u00eatre positionn\u00e9e entre la ligne centrale de la pointe de l'\u00e9lectrode et le bord de la rainure en V. Fermez la protection anti-vent et la S7 d\u00e9marre automatiquement le processus d'\u00e9pissure. Du nettoyage de la d\u00e9charge et de l'inspection de la face d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'estimation finale de la perte, l'ensemble du processus se d\u00e9roule sans heurts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie d'alignement du noyau \u00e0 six moteurs de la S7, la pr\u00e9cision de l'alignement du noyau est extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il est tout \u00e0 fait possible d'obtenir une perte aussi faible que 0,01dB en fonctionnement r\u00e9el. Cet avantage de haute pr\u00e9cision est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9vident lors de l'\u00e9pissage de fibres NZDS, \u00e9vitant efficacement une perte de retour \u00e9lev\u00e9e caus\u00e9e par un mauvais alignement du c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3 Observation en temps r\u00e9el pendant l'\u00e9pissage<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant le processus d'\u00e9pissage, vous pouvez appuyer deux fois sur l'\u00e9cran pour agrandir la vue X ou Y et observer en temps r\u00e9el l'\u00e9tat de l'alignement de l'\u00e2me et le moment de la fusion de la d\u00e9charge. Une fois l'\u00e9pissage termin\u00e9, l'\u00e9cran affiche la valeur estim\u00e9e de la perte. Protection des thermor\u00e9tractables et am\u00e9lioration de l'efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><strong><\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9pissure ne fait que compl\u00e9ter la connexion physique ; la v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique est assur\u00e9e par la gaine thermor\u00e9tractable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'un des points forts du TFN S7 est son syst\u00e8me de chauffage efficace. Le chauffage rapide de 20 secondes, sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 officiellement, donne d'excellents r\u00e9sultats dans les tests r\u00e9els. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 la conception de la rainure en V qui chauffe uniform\u00e9ment, ce qui permet une distribution plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de la chaleur, entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9traction plus nette du manchon et prolongeant la dur\u00e9e de vie de l'appareil de chauffage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant le fonctionnement, d\u00e9placez la gaine thermor\u00e9tractable au centre du point d'\u00e9pissure et placez-la dans l'appareil de chauffage. La S7 est dot\u00e9e d'une fonction de chauffage automatique ; d\u00e8s qu'elle d\u00e9tecte que la fibre a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e, elle d\u00e9marre automatiquement le programme de chauffage. Cette fonction augmente consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations par lots.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\" id=\"4-battery-life-and-maintenance-ensuring-longduration-operation\">\n<strong>4. Dur\u00e9e de vie et entretien de la batterie : Garantir un fonctionnement de longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong><strong><\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'alimentation \u00e9lectrique est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure lors des op\u00e9rations sur le terrain ou des r\u00e9parations d'urgence des stations de base. Le S7 est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une batterie au lithium de grande capacit\u00e9 de 5200mAh. Officiellement, elle supporte environ 240 cycles d'\u00e9pissure et de chauffage. Lors de nos tests r\u00e9els, cette estimation s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e assez prudente ; une charge compl\u00e8te peut en principe supporter une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re de travail \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 sans probl\u00e8me. De plus, la batterie est enfichable, ce qui permet de la remplacer sur place par des batteries de rechange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ce qui concerne l'entretien quotidien, deux points m\u00e9ritent une attention particuli\u00e8re :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.  Entretien des \u00e9lectrodes : La dur\u00e9e de vie des \u00e9lectrodes de la S7 est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 3 000 d\u00e9charges. Lorsque le syst\u00e8me demande un remplacement, il est essentiel de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la stabilisation des \u00e9lectrodes et \u00e0 l'\u00e9talonnage de l'arc apr\u00e8s avoir install\u00e9 de nouvelles \u00e9lectrodes. Cela permet de s'assurer que l'intensit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9charge et la position centrale des nouvelles \u00e9lectrodes correspondent, ce qui \u00e9vite d'augmenter les pertes d'\u00e9pissures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.  Nettoyage du trajet optique : Effectuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la fonction de contr\u00f4le de la poussi\u00e8re. Si de la poussi\u00e8re est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e sur la lentille de l'objectif, nettoyez-la imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l'aide d'outils de nettoyage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Le non-respect de cette consigne peut affecter la reconnaissance de la face terminale de la fibre et entra\u00eener une erreur de jugement.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-3-x-large-font-size\" id=\"5-conclusion\">\n<strong>5. Conclusion<\/strong><strong><\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l'ensemble, la machine \u00e0 fusion de fibres TFN S7 est un \u00e9quipement d'ing\u00e9nierie tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9. Il combine efficacement un alignement de haute pr\u00e9cision et une fusion de haute efficacit\u00e9. Pour les op\u00e9rateurs de premi\u00e8re ligne, il est bien plus important de comprendre les diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres de l'\u00e9quipement et le principe de l'\u00e9talonnage de l'arc que de rechercher aveugl\u00e9ment la vitesse.
