T/T: This is our most commonly used method for large orders. Please confirm your account details with your sales representative before making payment.
L/C: We accept irrevocable letters of credit issued at sight from major banks worldwide. To ensure a smooth transaction, please negotiate the terms of the letter of credit with us in advance.
Third-party payment platforms: These platforms, such as PayPal, can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
The standard process is as follows:
1. Both parties confirm the quotation, product specifications, and sales contract.
2. We issue you a proforma invoice.
3. You complete payment according to the proforma invoice.
4. After we receive full payment, we arrange production and shipment.
5. For payments by L/C, we will arrange production upon receipt of a L/C that meets the terms.
We provide optimized logistics solutions based on the urgency of your order, size, weight, and your location:
International Express: Suitable for samples, urgent orders, and small shipments under 22 lb. We partner with top logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, offering door-to-door tracking.
Air Freight: Suitable for medium to large orders or time-sensitive complete equipment, offering an effective balance between cost and speed.
Ocean Freight: Suitable for large-volume orders and the most economical shipping method. We offer a variety of trade terms, including FOB, C&F, and CIF.
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the product and the current order status.
Standard models are usually in stock and can be shipped within 3-7 business days after receiving payment.
Custom/high-configuration models may require 2-6 weeks for production and testing.
The exact delivery time will be confirmed in writing by your sales manager after you place your order.
As the exporter, we provide a complete and accurate set of customs clearance documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. However, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes at the destination port are the responsibility of the importer (buyer). We strongly recommend working with an experienced local customs clearance agent who can provide all necessary documentation upon request.

Samples can be purchased at the standard unit price and shipped individually with fast delivery.
For customers with potential for long-term cooperation, the sample fee can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders if certain conditions are met.
To ensure production efficiency and provide the most competitive pricing for our customers, we typically have a minimum order quantity for our standard products.
For most communication test instruments, the minimum order quantity is 1 unit.
For supporting tools and accessories, higher minimum order quantities may apply.

We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all instruments, starting from the date of arrival at the port of destination.
This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use not in accordance with the operating instructions.

a. If a suspected fault occurs, please first contact our technical support team for remote diagnosis.
b. If a return to the factory for repair is confirmed, we will provide a return authorization code and detailed logistics instructions.
c. Upon receipt of the faulty device, our engineers will conduct an inspection and issue a report. If the issue is confirmed to be within the warranty period, we will repair the device free of charge within the warranty period and cover the standard shipping cost to your address.
