iOLA (intelligent optical link analysis) integrates advanced algorithms and multi-pulse testing technology to automatically identify and analyze the entire fiber link in a single test. It provides an intuitive graphical link map showing connectors, splices, splitters, and fiber ends, while automatically evaluating link loss, reflectance, and overall performance. Users don’t have to manually set complicated parameters. Results are generated automatically with clear Pass/Fail indicators, greatly improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

Event Map – Clear and Intuitive Fiber Event Visualization

The Event Map graphically displays all detected fiber events along the link, including fiber start/end, splices, connectors, and fiber sections. Events are shown as intuitive icons arranged by distance, providing an instant overview of the network structure.

Each icon is directly linked to the OTDR trace and event table. With a single tap, users can quickly locate events and view key parameters such as distance, loss, reflectance, and attenuation, greatly improving testing efficiency and reducing interpretation time.
